BUILDING THE FUTURE

As a non-profit registered organization with the State of Texas, Dallas Golden Investment Club (DGIC) is a group of investors affiliated with the Dallas-Fort Worth Shia Imami Ismaili Muslim community. Members of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslim community and their spouses can participate in this 100% volunteer run organization to gain access to institutional investment opportunities, educational seminars and networking events. The organization's primary objective is capitalize on the collective influence a group of investors can have and create a platform to facilitate introductions, gain access to institutional investments, educate with the help of industry experts, and network with peers to progress the community forward. 

Established during the peak of the 2008 financial crisis, individuals came together to jointly participate in attractive investment opportunities. Individuals who led this effort effectively became the initial Board of Directors. Since then, members of DGIC elect each Board of Director who must meet minimum requirements as outlined in the organization's Bylaws.

Today, DGIC has become an investment and educational platform with more than 200+ active members. As a group, we have invested in multi-family, hotels, start-ups and private funds.  The organization has evolved throughout the years and has further institutionalized itself for the betterment of its constituents.
