Membership in DGIC is significant and builds over time - the more you use DGIC and its member benefits, the more you will get out of your membership. In many cases, membership pays for itself through the discounts and other benefits available.

Networking opportunities

Members are established business owners, professionals, educators and students. Individuals can get great access to some of the community's most successful entrepreneurs through networking events and quarterly general body meetings. Visit the Events page for upcoming events.

Access to investment opportunities

Investment opportunities that are generally reserved for institutional investors are now available to DGIC members. As a group, DGIC members can meet the high minimum investment requirements of institutional investments. In addition, DGIC members can receive reduced fees and preferential terms.

Members can also use the DGIC platform to raise capital for investment opportunities that they have discovered. 

Education

The Board of Directors will organize educational seminars by industry experts. In the past, educational topics have included estate planning, 1031 exchange, cost segregation, and regional economics.
